• I do not use your proprietary search queries to train public AI models.

• I ensure all data is processed within a secure, private environment.

2. Terms of Service (UK Jurisdiction)

1. The Service

I provide access to a proprietary, AI-driven Strategic Intelligence Terminal. This is a Decision Support Tool designed to assist your sales and research efforts; I do not provide a guarantee of specific financial outcomes or closing rates.

2. Fees and Payment

• Service Plans: I offer Strategic Intelligence Terminal access on 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month engagement plans. The specific plan, total investment, and payment schedule will be detailed in your individual Service Agreement.

• Payment Terms: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices for the selected plan are due upon receipt. I reserve the right to suspend access to the terminal if fees are not settled within 7 days of the invoice date.

• Renewals: To ensure uninterrupted intelligence access, I will contact you 30 days prior to the end of your term to discuss renewal options.

• Modifications: I reserve the right to modify my service fees; however, any changes will not affect the pricing of a currently active 3, 6, or 12-month commitment.

3. Acceptable Use & Compliance

You agree that all intelligence I provide will be used in compliance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the UK GDPR. You are prohibited from using this tool for "automated bulk spamming" or illegal surveillance.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising from the use of the intelligence provided. My total liability is capped at the amount paid by the Client in the previous 1 month.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
